Hey, I'm moving out of Bushwick at the end of the month and over to the Lorimer/Union neighborhood with this chick (largely in order to escape the web of crime and drugs into which I've fallen into over the past two years - instead of gentrifying the block, I've actually managed to make it worse), so I guess I can't really contribute anymore. Are we squared away in terms of money? You had advanced me something like $70 above the $300 you'd owed me for past articles. I'm not going to have time to do the lobster piece, but I'm thinking I owe you $40 worth of work or something of the sort, in which case I can get you a column today and another one next Monday if you'd like. Or, I can do one great big farewell feature in which I ruminate on Bushwick in general and do a retrospective of the various bits of drama; I'll make it funny. Let me know what works best for you.

I'm going to get that Ava chick in touch with you; she might be able to do a weekly column or at least some features for you. She's pretty funny, although you'll have to edit her stuff a bit for punctuation.
